Meet Elena

Hi, I’m Elena Childers, LMT/LE — a licensed massage therapist and esthetician in Texas. I specialize in natural facial sculpting and buccal (intraoral) techniques, with a deep focus on the face–neck–posture connection. My sessions are equal parts skilled hands-on work and clear education, so you leave feeling better — and knowing what to do next.
I believe beauty is a reflection of health. That’s why my work is never just “a facial massage”—it’s deep, therapeutic facial sculpting that supports the tissues around the face so your features can look fresher and more lifted naturally.
I also teach through The Sculpt Lab Academy for self-care clients and licensed professionals.

  • Depth

I start with a quick assessment, then work beyond the “problem spot” to support real change in the tissues and tension patterns.

  • Care

A calm, spa-like session with focused hands-on work. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, reset, and more “alive” in your face and neck.

  • Clarity

You’ll understand what’s going on—and leave with simple guidance for home, so results don’t disappear the moment you go back to real life.

Questions, Answered

What techniques do you use?

My sessions are fully hands-on and personalized. Depending on what your face and body are showing that day, I may combine: facial sculpting (deep therapeutic work for lift + balance), buccal (intraoral) massage with gloves, TMJ/jaw tension release (external + intraoral when appropriate), lymphatic-style de-puffing work for face and neck, myofascial release for face/scalp/neck, and deeper release work for the neck, shoulders, and upper chest to support posture. The goal is always the same: less tension, better circulation and tissue glide, and a naturally fresher, more lifted look—without forcing or overworking the skin.

What should I expect at my first session?

You won’t be “thrown straight into a routine.” We start with a quick assessment (face, neck, posture, tension patterns), then I do focused hands-on work based on what I see and feel. I explain what’s happening as we go, so you’re not guessing—most clients say the clarity is a big part of the experience. Before you leave, you’ll get simple guidance you can actually use at home, so progress doesn’t disappear the moment real life starts again.

Adulting vs. Aging — what does that mean here?

A lot of what we call “aging” is also accumulated adulting: stress load, clenching, screen posture, shallow breathing, poor recovery, and daily tension that gets stored in the jaw, neck, and shoulders. My work is about reversing that pattern—softening what’s been held for years, restoring movement and balance in tissues, and helping your face look more rested and alive. It’s not about chasing a dramatic quick change—it’s about sustainable results that build over time.

Why do you often start not with the face?

Because the face doesn’t live separately from the body. If the neck, shoulders, and posture are pulling the system down, the face will keep “compensating” no matter how much you work locally. That’s why I often start with the foundation—neck, upper chest, shoulders, and the base of the skull—so the face can respond better, hold results longer, and feel more comfortable. Think of it as creating space and support first, then sculpting on top of that.

What do people usually notice after the first session?

Most people notice a “reset” feeling: less heaviness in the face, softer jaw tension, easier neck/shoulder space, and a fresher, more awake look. Some see visible de-puffing and better facial balance right away. What matters most is that you leave feeling better—and understanding what your body was doing before, and what to do next.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your starting point (tension patterns, puffiness, jaw/neck load, lifestyle stress, and how consistent you can be). There are two common paths:
Option 1 — Maintenance / “Refresh”
If you already feel pretty good and want to keep your face looking fresh, most clients come every 4–8 weeks for a reset and maintenance.
Option 2 — A Short Series (Best for real change)
For deeper jaw/neck tension, puffiness, asymmetry, or stronger lifting goals, results build session by session. I typically recommend 1–2 sessions per week to create momentum, then we switch to maintenance.
I offer 5- and 10-session packages with a discount for clients who want the best cumulative results. Last-minute availability is rare, so it’s best to book ahead if you want preferred times.

I’ve had fillers / surgery — can I still book?

In many cases, yes—but we approach it thoughtfully. I don’t do injections, and I don’t try to “move” or override cosmetic work. We focus on healthy tissue function: relaxing tension patterns, supporting the face–neck–posture connection, and improving how the face feels and holds itself. If you’ve had recent procedures, we’ll discuss timing and comfort first, and I’ll tailor the session to be appropriate and conservative where needed.

Is it painful?

It’s not meant to be a “suffer to get results” session. The depth is customized, and you’re always in control. Some areas (jaw, neck, deep tension zones) can feel intense, but we keep it therapeutic and respectful—no forcing, no pushing through sharp pain. Most clients describe it as “deep, but relieving,” and leave feeling more relaxed and open.

What should I do at home between sessions?

Keep it simple and consistent. I’ll give you a few specific, realistic steps you can do at home—based on what your face and body need (often jaw/neck/posture support, not just face). The goal is to reinforce the session, not to add another full-time job. Small daily habits are what make results last.

The Sculpt Lab Academy

Private, hands-on education built around real structure: diagnostics, clear technique, guided practice, and feedback. I teach two paths—self-care for clients who want a personalized at-home protocol, and pro training for licensed specialists who want confident, working hands and a deeper system.

  • Personal 1:1 (Self-Care)

A tailored at-home routine for your face, jaw, and neck. We start with a clear diagnostic overview, then build your personal protocol step by step so you know exactly what to do between sessions. Simple, realistic, and designed to support long-term results.

  • Pro Training 1:1–2

Hands-on training for licensed professionals (or students in licensure). We cover foundations, diagnostics, technique demonstration, and guided practice with feedback, so you leave with confident, working hands. Clear structure, real depth, and results you can deliver safely.
