Meet Your Educator
Hi, I’m Elena Childers — a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, and Facial Sculpting Educator based in Texas.
I’ve been working in bodywork and massage therapy for nearly 10 years, with the last 7 years focused specifically on facial work, including both aesthetic and therapeutic approaches to facial tension, posture, jaw imbalance, and tissue dysfunction.
My work goes far beyond memorizing massage movements. I teach licensed professionals how to understand facial anatomy, read tissue response, develop sensitivity through the hands, and work with the face as part of the whole body system.
At The Sculpt Lab Academy, students learn not only clear technique and safe practice — but also the “why” behind each movement, so they can build confident, thoughtful, professional hands.
Why Our Training Programs Are Different
-
More Than Technique
Students learn how to assess facial structures, tissue response, tension patterns, and depth — not simply memorize massage movements.
-
Direct Correction & Guided Practice
Small-group training with real-time feedback helps students develop confidence, improve pressure control, and build professional hands they can trust.
-
Built For Real Client Sessions
Protocols, business guidance, and practical application designed to help students integrate their new skills into professional practice immediately.

Information & FAQ
Can I Start Offering This Service Immediately After Training?
Yes. Most students are able to begin integrating techniques into their professional services immediately after completing the training.
Like any hands-on skill, confidence grows through repetition and experience. We strongly encourage students to schedule practice sessions soon after training while the material is fresh.
Many graduates begin by working with a few existing clients, friends, family members, or model sessions before fully introducing the service into their regular menu.
How Quickly Can This Training Pay For Itself?
Every market is different, and pricing varies by location, experience level, and business model.
Many practitioners position facial sculpting and buccal massage as premium specialty services, with session prices commonly ranging from approximately $150–300 or more, depending on the market.
For many students, the investment in training can be recovered within a relatively small number of client sessions once the service is integrated into their practice.
Certificate of Completion & Training Hours
Students receive a certificate of completion with a detailed breakdown of training hours and covered material.
While The Sculpt Lab Academy is currently not a registered CE provider, many licensed professionals are able to submit educational certificates and documented training hours toward continuing education requirements, depending on their state board and licensing regulations.
Students are responsible for verifying acceptance with their individual licensing board
Online Anatomy & Theory Preparation
To maximize hands-on training time during the in-person portion of the course, anatomy and theoretical material are studied online in advance.
Students receive detailed video-based anatomy lessons covering facial muscles, tissue structure, movement vectors, contraindications, and foundational theory in a slower, more focused learning environment.
Completion of the online theory portion and a short knowledge assessment is required before attending the hands-on training.
Guided Hands-On Practice
All programs are intentionally taught in small groups to allow for close observation, direct correction, and individualized guidance.
Students practice techniques repeatedly under supervision while developing pressure control, tissue awareness, hand positioning, palpation skills, and confidence through tactile learning.
The goal is not only to memorize movements — but to develop intelligent, responsive hands.
Protocol Guides & Educational Materials
Students receive structured protocol outlines, anatomy references, practical guides, and supporting educational materials designed to help integrate techniques into professional practice.
Materials are designed to support continued learning after the training and provide a clear reference for technique sequencing, pressure application, contraindications, and session structure.
Recorded Demonstrations & Video Review
Core protocol demonstrations are recorded for students to revisit after training.
These recordings are intended to support review of hand positioning, movement flow, pacing, and technique structure while continuing practice independently.
Ongoing Support
Students are welcome to reach out with questions as they continue practicing and integrating techniques into their professional work.
Training does not end when class is over. Graduates become part of The Sculpt Lab Academy professional community, where ongoing learning, discussion, refinement of technique, and professional growth continue beyond the classroom.
The Sculpt Lab Academy is designed as a long-term educational environment focused on developing confident, skilled practitioners — not simply delivering a one-time training experience.
Who Are These Programs For?
Programs are designed for licensed:
- Massage Therapists
- Estheticians
- Cosmetologists
- Beauty & bodywork professionals
Beginners are welcome. Prior facial massage experience is not required.
Will Buccal Massage Be Taught In Every Program?
No. Buccal massage and intraoral techniques are taught only inside the Advanced Buccal & Facial Sculpting Training.
The Foundations program focuses on external facial work, anatomy, tissue awareness, sculpting foundations, and development of safe, confident hands before progressing into intraoral techniques.
